🐾 Why Blowouts & Regular Grooming Matter 🐾
This sweet pup came in with an impacted coat—meaning the undercoat had built up and wasn’t being blown out often enough. When this happens, the coat compacts and turns into mats. Mats can:
✨ Pull on the skin and cause irritation
✨ Trap moisture and bacteria
✨ Hide sores or hot spots
👉 No hate to this pup’s owner at all—life gets busy and sometimes coats get away from us. It happens! That’s why we’re here: to get them cleaned up, comfortable, and on the right track again.
Even dogs with “wash and wear” coats (like Border Collies, Aussies, Pyrenees, etc.) still need regular upkeep, blowouts, brushing, and sometimes a full groom to keep their skin and coat healthy.
Regular care keeps your dog comfortable, clean, and mat-free!
