730 days, 2 whole years since we lost you. We officially have yearned your presence longer than we were graced with it.

There’s so much I could write and say, but this will sum it up.

✨ What. A. Weekend. ✨

This weekend Bumper & River competed in our local scent work trial. This was our second scent work trial!

River completed 4/4 of his hides on Saturday. Earning his novice interior title & his novice container title. As well as two 3rd place ribbons and one 4th place ribbon!

Bumper had a rough day today and only completed 1/4 hides. He did earn a 2nd place ribbon for his one completed hide!

To say I’m proud is an understatement. I cannot wait for our next trial!

What if I told you your dog was literally bred for a job… and they might still be trying to do it every single day? 👀

I’m challenging you:
Go Google your dog’s breed and find out what they were originally bred to do.

Then come back and tell me:
🐾 What breed do you have?
🐾 What was their original job?
🐾 Did you already know… or did it surprise you?

A lot of “bad” behaviors start making a whole lot more sense when you realize your dog is just doing what they were designed to do.
