🐾 A Perfect Example of a slightly older puppy….Meet Addie 🐾

Following up on our recent post about why we sometimes retain puppies for our program—Addie is a perfect example. 💕

Addie was originally held back so we could watch her grow and evaluate her as a potential future part of our program. After giving her that time and consideration, we’ve decided she is better suited for a different path—and what a lucky family that will be. ✨

She is a beautiful champion-sired girl, sable with stunning domino/husky-style markings that make her truly stand out. Addie is sweet, playful, and full of personality—the kind of puppy who makes everyone smile. 🐶💖

She has also been Embark tested, and both of her parents are fully health tested, including:
✨ Embark
✨ Heart
✨ Knees
✨ Patellas

All results are properly registered with OFA, because health and transparency matter deeply in our program.

Sometimes the right puppy simply takes a different path—and Addie is going to make someone very, very happy. 🤍🐾

🐾 A Little Insight Into Our Program 🐾

One question we often get is: “Why is this puppy older?” or “Was something wrong with them?”

The answer is simple—absolutely not. 💕

As part of our breeding program, we sometimes choose to retain puppies so we can watch them grow and evaluate them over time. This helps us decide if they may be the right fit as a future sire or dam within our program.

As they mature, we look at many factors such as:
✨ Size
✨ Structure & conformation
✨ Coat & color preferences
✨ Temperament
✨ Timing and future program goals

Sometimes, even a truly beautiful puppy just may not be the exact fit we are looking for—and that’s okay! It does not mean there is anything wrong with them. It simply means they are better suited for a different path and a wonderful forever home.

We believe in being thoughtful, patient, and responsible with every decision we make for our dogs and our program. 💖🐶

A lot of people have issues finding harnesses that fit the extra small babies.

Believe it or not this is a ferret harness from Pet’s Mart.

Champ is a stunning long-coat boy with beautiful light fawn coloring and champion-sired lines. ✨

He was thoughtfully given time to mature here with us as a potential future stud. While he is perfect in every other way, one testicle descended and one did not, which means he does not meet the requirements to move forward in our program.

Every dog’s journey is unique, and Champ’s simply takes a different path—one where he can be appreciated for exactly who he is. 💛

We’re excited to introduce this deliciously beautiful group from our Chocolate Companies litter! These babies are as rich and lovely as their names suggest, and we’re so happy to finally share them with you. 🤎✨

🍫 Dove – Female, chocolate (reserved)
🍫 Hershey – Female, chocolate (reserved)
🤍 Godiva – Cream, long coat (already reserved through our waitlist selection)

This litter has been such a joy to watch grow, with gorgeous coats and sweet expressions already shining through. We can’t wait to see how their personalities continue to develop and where their journeys lead. 💖
