If you have a longhaired dog, regular brushing is a must. If neglected, the fur will mat and knot and it will be necessary to clip all of the hair to remove the tangles. If the fur on your dog is beyond brushing, we can clip it in a style suitable for the breed.

If you have a dog that has a double coat (a soft coat near the body for insulation, and coarser guard hairs covering it), there are grooming challenges, especially in warm weather. Shaving the undercoat is not recommended as it may not grow back properly.
