🎄🎅 Secret Santa for the Shelter! 🎅🎄

It’s that time of year again, and our animals are getting excited for some holiday magic! Our shelter is hosting our annual Secret Santa, and we’d love your help in making the season extra special for our furry friends.

This year, we aren’t assigning specific cats due to the amount of cats we currently have. But we are happily accepting Secret Santa gifts for our cats in general. Every toy, treat, and cozy item makes a difference and brings joy to the animals waiting for their forever homes. Just email us to let us know you would like to give gifts for our cats, and we will send you their Christmas List!

🐶🐱 Want to choose multiple pets? Go for it!
If you’d like to shop for more than one animal, you’re absolutely welcome to. Many Secret Santas enjoy picking out a mix of goodies for both dogs and cats. Whether you choose one pet or a whole group, your generosity means the world to them.

Many of you may have already heard, but the remains we found on 84 this afternoon was definitely Millie. It seemed to have happened this morning. Thank you everyone for your support during this time, and continued prayers for my team and Millie. These dogs become our own, we get so attached to them while spending hours searching for them, so an outcome like this is earth shattering for my team and i. i do not believe she felt any pain, it was quick. i picked up what i could while dodging cars and semi’s on 84 and she will be cremated. i refused to leave her out on the highway, alone. She was a fighter, a survivor. Such a devastating outcome after hours, days of constant running. This is the side of rescue and trapping that isn’t discussed enough. This has been our toughest, most heartbreaking trapping case. Please consider donating so we can help the next scared, hopeless, lost dog. We never stop until we find them. Thank you everyone.❤️

Rest in peace millie, you had so many people looking out for you, and watching your story. Im so sorry we couldnt get to you sooner. You will stay in our hearts forever.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our second event in Lackawaxen today. Millie is giving us a run for our money! She was seen again near Berger Road. So if you live in that area please be on the lookout!
