It’s time to PREPARE FOR THE COLD! If you need help with a crate so that you can bring your dog inside or you need straw for doggos who can’t come inside, please REACH OUT. No judgement. No shame. We just want to help be a resource! A dog house alone will not be sufficient with this weather. Please DO NOT use blankets outside because they will freeze with any amount of moisture. If you need help, please reach out to us!

Today is giving Tuesday! We would love for you to support us by giving to our rescue today! We have had a LOT happen in the past few weeks!

On November 15th we had 2 dogs adopted at Bark N Paws (pictures below)! That week we had Hank get adopted, and then on November 21st (6 days after Bark N Paws), we had TWENTY-EIGHT leave on transport! Most of those were puppies, but that’s a record for us! That means in one week we had 31 dogs/puppies leave the rescue! Praise the Lord! With that comes a lot of vetting. We spent $100 in crate fees and had over $300 in vetting to send all 28. We also had 4 spays and a neuter last week. We owe a little over $800 at the vet. We also have 5 more leaving on transport this week! It will be roughly $200-$250 for vetting. We would love for y’all to help us get these babies on to better lives!

Hey guys, Madi Smith here. I got the rescue page set up, so please give us a like and follow! I’ll be posting more soon, but with the weather coming tonight, I wanted to go ahead and get the post out there.

It’s going to be in the 30s. Thanks to a generous donation from Scott Wells for County Judge, we have some straw available to those in need! He also brought tennis balls for the rescue babies! If you need straw for your babies because you can’t bring them in tonight, please send us a message!
