The purpose of this website is to provide a free service for animals to be listed when they need homes. When an animal shelter is not available or appropriate, we offer an opportunity for people to find homes for animals who need them. For the people who are rescuing animals off the street and fostering them in their homes, and people who have to give up their beloved pets because of changing circ
umstances, this site offers assistance by providing a free listing service. We also have land in Shelburne, NH where we are planning to develop a facility that will be a place to take in strays or rescues and also serve as an animal sanctuary. It is not our intention to house dogs in kennels but to foster them until they can be adopted. Kennels would be used in emergencies and for animals who cannot be socialized until suitable conditions can be found for them. It is our intention to create a friendly living environment for these rescues, with access to a safe place to exercise and spend time outdoors, rather than place them in cages where they feel imprisoned and abandoned.
