A skill I struggle most with is shearing babydoll sheep in particular. I’m so thankful Donna and I got the opportunity to improve our skill, meet some lovely animals & people, and get them comfortable for summer! I’m not flawless, but I am loving and determined to always keep learning; providing my best to our community of animal stewards ♥️

I would have taken an after picture, but she came out as it was getting dark (love you for fitting us in, thank you thank you 🥰)

We’ve had a wonderful time up Maine!
Donna has been attending UMaine shearing class and assisting with appointments around her class schedule. A tremendous help! I love her initiative to continuously learn and lend a hand where she can 😁 Great work jumping in Donna!

Donna and I got a herd of 14 Katahdins trimmed in an hour 🤘🏻A large part of animals’ success and comfort during their appointment is your own preparation. They were stalled and waiting for us each in their respective group. Low energy and emotion amongst the herd is the best for all! Thank you for your consideration and kindness 💖
