We had a great first vet visit today!

Boy One is 14.2 pounds! He’s also just a tad darker than his brother.

Boy Two is 13.6 pounds!

Both of these boys are looking for their new families. They are extra spoiled, eager to please, and so sweet!

Both parents have been genetically health tested, and the stud is fully OFA cleared.

Each year, we keep a certain number of chicks for ourselves as potential breeders for the following year. I always start looking for potential once they reach a certain age, and this guy is 12 weeks old now. His crest has so much potential to be fantastic, just like his dad’s. I can’t wait to watch him continue to grow and see how he develops.

We are still so sad about Dolly.

I caught this lady sitting and looking pretty. This Sicilian Buttercup is a granddaughter of our original hen. She’s a lot like her mom and grandma, with that same friendly personality and curious nature.

Jeep Invasion is happening this week in Sevier County and I believe it’s the new Rod Run. So, if you want to see some Jeeps, there are a gazillion of them in my neck of the woods.
