🌟 Central WA Shootout 2025 🌟
Our first annual Hotshot Horsemanship USMS Shoot was an absolute success! We were blessed with PERFECT weather, a great turnout of both shooters & spectators and incredible footing.
This was our “taste test” year but I’m not sure we can top this one… Because of our top notch sponsors, our total payout was a whopping $13,331!!! 🤑 😏
Callie & I somehow pulled off a clean and fast weekend winning our own overall buckle and a huge piece of the pie!
Running a shoot takes a village and I cannot thank the people enough that supported us and helped out all weekend! What a production.. 🤩
There are some HUGE plans in the making for next year’s shoot… 😎

Sissy & I are all checked in for the CMSA Bishop Trailer Sales Western US Championships!! ❤️
This is our 6th year here and it never gets old, it seems like quite the blessing everytime we get to step foot in this arena 🥰

We start up Thursday with Eliminator & Main Match starting Friday; a whopping 20 girls in my class! 😳

4th of July weekend looked slightly different for me this year! Typically I’m at a shoot somewhere but this year was extra special to be home.
My sweet Grandma, Babs Ballard is this year’s Cle Elum Pioneer Queen! She has a deep love for horses so it only felt right to follow her carriage in the parade on some pretty ponies!🌟
Callie & Dani are pro paraders but this was Tia’s first parade- alittle anxious but she held herself together great! ❤️
What a great weekend! 🇺🇸
Now to Coeur d’Alene for the Idaho State Championships this weekend!

I had Willow for 90 days this spring, she is a nice horse but didn’t quite like the gunfire. She’d make a really nice ranch/trail/4H horse. Been super exposed. Reach out to Courtney Bock for more info!

Earlier this spring, I made a purchase on a beautiful little Angel 💕
Meet Juicy; 2 year old HF Mobster filly with a super nice start on her. I’ve had her for a very short time and she’s already accepted balloons & gunfire 😋
Her facial markings resemble Callie but there is no relation, although she is half badger face!

Juicy will be tagging along to most of my shoots with me so Callie can teach her the ropes!
Brains, beauty & personality…she truly is a dreamhorse. 🥰

Owens Meats Shootout
📍 Cashmere, WA. ❤️

My favorite venue! A weekend always where family & friends come to support & watch me 🥰
Callie as always, was her on point self and ran 5 perfect stages but a long shot that didn’t quite hit the target took us out of the high overall spot on stage 4. Coming home Reserve Lady, 3rd overall & L5 class winner! Although that may not be the exact outcome I was reaching for, we still had a great time and kicked it into full gear on our last run. ☺️

Bourbon was on point as well pulling money in the 2/3D 4/5 stages, in fact so on point that he found his new owner and will be going to his new home in Oregon this weekend ❤️❤️ God is so good!!
& miss Honey did so well in her Time Only stages that we entered her in the match anyways! 5 perfect runs!
Whatta weekend! 😅 🤑

Honey 🍯

6 YO QH Mare

Miss Honey belongs to a riding student of mine who focuses on 4H showing, trail riding & now WAHSET. Not my typical training horse, but all around training is the gist of my program so here she is. 😜

Honey has been here for almost a month now and has really started to build nice muscle tone & endurance, slightly more patient & accepting but also has become a super nice little shooting mare by surprise! Just adding more tools to this gals belt day by. A couple more weeks to finesse a few things & she will be a nicely finished mare 💛

🌲 Oregon State Championships 🌲
📍 Prineville, OR

A little different vibe for me this year as I left Callie at home and rode a training horse in the main match: Bourbon ❤️
Not expecting much other than wanting to be clean & decently fast, we won the L5 class and snuck into the Ladies Reserve spot! Not bad for a horse who hasn’t ran in 2 years! 5 perfect runs 💕

Apple Jax also joined in on the weekend and was very well mannered in all her stages, consistent & pretty 😎
50/50 balloons hit on both horses, I couldn’t be happier! 🥰

Bourbon IS for sale. I will be posting more about him this week. He truly is a dreamboat, I love that horse! Keep an eye out for him in Cashmere!

Southwest Regionals is over just like that & onto the next one already!
What an amazing trip it’s been, I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to be here. ❤️
Callie & I finished up 2nd in a tough L5 class & 11th overall, a knocked barrel took us out of our overall & class spot but that didn’t stop us from working our way back up to the top!
My teammate continues to amaze me as we snagged 3/4 class fast times and even an overall stage fast time 🤗
Still another 4 weeks of Arizona sunshine & competitions- let’s go! 😜
