Across the country, affiliate breed organizations are embracing the spirit of collaboration to host more successful horse shows. For many smaller or financially strained clubs, working together may not only be beneficial; it could be essential. Could this model represent the future for breed organizations? Only time will tell, but the results–so far–are promising.

We welcome our favorite paint horse power house from the North West, Kory Kumar.

For APHA Kory is a WA state director as well as on the 2025 Regional Engagement Advisory Committee, The State Director Nominating Committee and chairs The Western National Task Force Show Committee. She is involved in many local and state Paint and Quarter horse clubs and associations.

Kory is truly one of the best in the business when it comes to running the in gate at our shows in the state of Washington and Washington is lucky she has been an avid supporter of blending breeds to create a successful horse show.
