🚨 New addition alert! 🚨

We were just working the sale at Crawford Livestock Market… but somehow ended up coming home with a bull calf. Oops. 😅

Turns out, the trunk of a Nissan Pathfinder is the perfect size for:

We’re in the *design phase* of our new mobile veterinary truck — picking out flooring, cabinetry, counters, kennels, and even surgery tables! It’s like HGTV but for pets... and way more fur. 🐶🐱✨

This is a super exciting step for us, and we’re making sure every inch is perfect for your pets — from cozy kennels to sleek counters made for speedy treat dispensing.

🐾 Dog Vaccine Fair at Monument Dog Park – Support, Protect, and Play! 🐾

We’re excited to announce that our Mobile Veterinary Clinic is hosting a Dog Vaccine Fair at Monument Dog Park! Come by to get your pup up-to-date on essential vaccines and help support our beloved park at the same time.

🗓 Date: Wednesday August 27th
🕘 Time: 4:30- 7:00 pm
📍 Location: Monument Dog Park

We'll be offering vaccinations as well as flea/tick prevention, and we kindly ask for a donation to the dog park with each service. Every contribution helps us maintain and improve this important community space — a place where both locals and travelers come together to let their dogs run, play, and socialize safely.

💉 Vaccines Offered (and Required to Use the Dog Park):
DA2PPL4 – Guards against deadly illnesses like distemper, parvovirus, and leptospirosis.

Rabies – A required vaccine that protects both pets and people from a fatal virus.

Bordetella – Helps prevent kennel cough, which spreads easily in social environments like parks and boarding facilities.

Vaccines are essential when dogs interact in public spaces. They keep your dog healthy and help prevent outbreaks among the entire dog park community.

That’s right — we can now legally, officially, and professionally check your bulls for that pesky little protozoan party crasher. 🦠 No trailers, no hauling, no stress. We come to you, and your bulls stay comfy right where they are (well... as comfy as bulls get during a Trich test 😅).
This certification means we meet all state requirements to help keep your herd healthy, your operation compliant, and your bulls in tip-top shape.

WANTED: One Veterinarian… Last Seen Napping in the Lobby at Crawford Livestock Market😴🐄

If you happened to walk through the lobby at Crawford Livestock Market during Friday’s cattle sale, you may have seen a rare sight: Dr. Becker, fast asleep in a chair, boots still on, surrounded by the sounds of mooing and auctioneer chatter.

Yes, she was napping. No, she’s not sorry. 😂

We spend most of our Fridays at the barn helping local producers with preg checks, health papers, and whatever else the day throws at us (sometimes literally—looking at you, feisty heifer). That’s also why our mobile vet services are a bit limited at the end of the week.

Between early mornings, busy barns, and hundreds of hooves, the lobby nap was well-earned. Next time you stop by, bring caffeine... or a blanket. 😉

🎉 Big News, Friends! 🎉
Our mobile clinic has some seriously exciting news — we’ve officially started the process of purchasing a brand new La Boit veterinary truck! 🚐💨
This is a huge (and shiny) step in the right direction, and we’re over-the-moon excited! BUT… like all good things, it comes with a bit of a wait. The new rig will take about 9 months to build — yep, basically the same timeline as growing a tiny human. 😂
While we impatiently count down the days and dream of all the fancy cabinets and working AC, we want to thank you all for sticking with us through every twist, turn, and temporary setup. Your support, patience, and sense of humor mean the world.
Stay tuned… our glow-up is coming! 😎
