Lots of new faces since Iā€™ve last introduced myself!
Hi, Iā€™m Emily, owner and head trainer at The Home Grown Dog in Sarasota, FL.
These are my girls, Sophie (left) and Bailey (right) šŸ¤šŸ¾

I have owned my own business for over 2 years, and apprenticed for a year prior to that to get all the hands on experience I could before starting out on my own!
I am a horse girlie and have ridden horses all my life, so with that comes a love of relationship building, problem solving and understanding animal behavior/body language etc.

I absolutely love my dog clients, but I am SO passionate about owner education.
Helping my owners understand why their dogs are acting the way they are, educating them on training tools and their proper usage, and how to overall communicate with their dog betterā€¦so they can have the best relationship they can, gives me so much joy!

Thank you for being here, I hope following along on my clientsā€™ journeys helps educate and guide you some on yours as well šŸ¤
