We’re hiring a Café Manager to help drive the daily heartbeat of Petrichor.
This is more than running a coffee bar.
It’s representing the brand. Growing a community. Creating real connection — between people and our products.
The Petrichor Café is where our brand vibe comes to life — where conversation and education are part of the experience. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the daily café experience and work alongside our team to grow awareness and bring new energy into the space.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Running daily café operations (open/close, drinks, food, inventory, cleanliness)
• Creating a warm, high-energy environment that turns first-timers into regulars
• Developing seasonal drinks and promotional ideas
• Contributing to social media and community engagement
• Thinking proactively about how to increase foot traffic and build community
Connection is everything here. The right person is a natural host — someone who reads the room, starts conversations, and makes an unconventional space feel welcoming and alive.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative — but doesn’t operate with solo mindset. Someone who collaborates, communicates, seeks input, and understands that building something special takes a team.
Coffee experience preferred (not required — we can teach the bean ☕).
High energy, creativity, and a solutions-first mindset are essential.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm
Hourly to start, with a clear path toward a salaried leadership role within Petrichor.
