We love our “Little Free Library. It's filled with Christmas books for children and adults. Our daily visitor is 3 year old Lewis.

It’s been 4 years. I love my daughter in law like one of my own. My grandchildren suffer without their dad and therefore we all suffer through the holidays. I decorate and find fun things to do to try and stay cheerful. Many of my friends have it much worse. They have lost children and husbands. This is a tough time of year.

😞 Spending hours on the treadmill or trying crazy meal plans didn’t help me. But one simple change made me go from 211 to 131.

I never thought this would be the solution.

Last year, I couldn’t even take my dogs to the park. I had no energy to do anything. My lower back always hurt, and it was hard to sit or stand for long.

My ankles and hips were sore, and I had trouble bending down or reaching for things.

Even tying my shoes or picking something up from the floor was tough.

I missed family outings because I couldn’t keep up.

It made me sad not to do more with my family.

I tried every solution and workout, but none of them worked until…

I found this “Purple Peel Exploit” that changed my life.

At first, I didn’t believe it, but I tried it anyway.

Now, a few months later, I take my dogs to the park every day. I’m the one who plans family gatherings now!
