Have to say ...bad experience...I used to go there when are sweet Max was alive who passed at 17.....fast forward four years...we just adopted again...so was glad to go back to familiar spot....So I had a few questions bc our rescue has some allergies etc...than I asked about the size grain (for puppy or adult in this one food)...I asked bc while fostering in these past four years I had one dog almost choke bc kibble was too small and ate too fast. So it was a reasonable question to ask "is this size for puppy or adult?"...the guy behind counter went "wow you really do overthink things"...well, my first dog lived to 17...so did something right...so when I Said "well in rescue seen some bad things"...his answer was "yeah, I have heard about things too working here over ten years"...well hearing about them and LIVING through them is different....He made me feel uncomfortable for asking simple question...so chewy.com here we come
