After just over a year of baking traditional sourdough boules I still never felt like I’d mastered the science and art. Well, last night I tried my hand at a sourdough soft sandwich loaf and IMO it’s the best loaf I’ve ever made! I used Muscle Momma Sourdough’s recipe with the same day bake option.
