Today the world lost a princess, my princess, my Leia!
Eight years and four months is not nearly long enough! No amount of time would have been.

Filled with unimaginable joy in every moment since she chose me at the Humane Society.

The first miracle she performed, was saving me from one of the darkest most difficult times of my life.

She was raised in an Irish pub, first named Meehan’s, which then became Thomas O’Reilly‘s public house. There she continued her miracle, giving everyone who came in a friend to talk to, to hug(she gave the best hugs), the REGULAR’s kids would run in to see her and how she would light up the room for every person that said hello.

Our third miracle was that She was the catalyst that inspired me to become a professional dog trainer. She helped me save hundreds of dogs in the last four years her legacy live on through them. I will continue to do so in her name.

Over a month ago, we found a lump on her neck that turned out to be thyroid cancer, and after surgery, they found a much larger in operable mass that we had planned to fight with radiation and chemo.
We were planning to fight this to give us more time, a year to two years, but her kidneys were not as strong as her will to continue.

With the greatest joy, comes with the greatest heartache.

Ahsoka and I will forever miss our best friend.
