Tony's Turtle Since there has been so my questions and concerns about how this rescued turtle is getting along, a group page was started for me to keep you all posted.

I will try and take pictures at key points in her progress (....and pitfalls), and add interest

The National Reptile Foundation notified me to tell me that Animal Care & Control forced the founder (Lisa Chiapero) to sign a release of all her turtles, even 'Lil Girl', or face charges of neglect because they felt the turtles were not in a 'hot enough' climate. Seems someone in AC&C doesn't know much about Red Eared Sliders....or turtles.

Since there has been some interest in how this rescued turtle is getting along, a group page was started for me.

I will try and take pictures key points in her progress and make the picture captions interesting and informative, so you all can follow along as she progresses back to good health, and eventually finds a good home.
