Thank you to the nice people at the Lifeline Animal Urgent Care. Unfortunately they had to close their doors recently. Despite that financial depressing reality, they still gave us Winston’s final remains with incredible class. I will always be indebted to this selfless act. He was a great dog. And his remains provide me with a sense of closure.

I don’t do this, but I am going to make an exception today. Please pray for Winston. He has received a diagnosis of degenerative disk disease and can barely walk. He is on steroids and hopefully he will be able to walk in a functional way within 48 hours or some hard decisions will have to be made next week. He is currently knocked out on Doggy Vicodin as you can see in the picture. He is the best dog I have ever had.
