CA is trying to pass a rule that medical cannabis that will be used for veterinary purposes will have, at most, 1 mg of THC 🤬
This will impact so many pets that have received a diagnosis of cancer, OA, and seizures.
THC has been a lifesaver for so many pets, including mine!
Currently, my Mini Me is fighting a mass in his lung. Due to his age, 16.10 years of age, diagnosed with both kidney and liver diseases, only one path to take. (will be 16.11 June 25th!)
Medical cannabis.
He is receiving daily, more than 1 mg of THC, stavia for the day, and indica at bedtime.
How is he doing? Let me answer it this way: it was discovered late March and was given the prognosis of two months, since a "pharma" strategy wasn't an option due to his age and the other two illnesses.
Anyone who knows me, I said "F" that and took control. Here we are, mid-June, this video was taken on June 10th. He is not slowing down and will see his 17th birthday, July 25th.
And, if you are a Shih Tzu parent, you will recognize Mini Me's stages of protest (sneezing and gremlin noises 🤪) as he wanted to walk. (volume up!)

The FDA wants to hear from YOU!
This just in: The FDA has requested public input on cannabis in veterinary practice!
Here is the exact wording of the request>>>
"The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine has released a request for information (RFI) soliciting comments from the public, particularly veterinarians, related to the use of cannabis-derived products (CDP) in animals. The focus of this RFI is on cannabidiol (CBD) products and other products derived from h**p. The FDA is interested in general trends associated with these products, such as information about usage trends (e.g., product selection, indications, etc.), quality standards, benefits of use, potential drug interactions, adverse events and safety problems, and toxicological concerns.
Information received through this RFI will enhance the FDA’s knowledge of potential safety signals associated with CDPs and improve the FDA’s understanding of veterinarians’ experiences related to the use of CDPs in their animal patients."

My name is Kelly Preston, owner and founder of Farley’s Green Paw Consulting (www.farleysgreenpawconsulting.com), Certified Veterinary Cannabis Guide (VCG), specializing in pet CBD (cannabis - h**p extract) education, dosing, awareness, and more.
For years, I was anti-cannabis; didn’t see any medicinal value at all, thought of it as a something that should be eliminated from the face of the earth. That all changed July 2016 when an adorable Shih Tzu entered my life, 13 years of age and diagnosed with lymphoma and leukemia.
Upon being diagnosed, I immediately turned to chemo to treat his cancer, only it was chemo that almost took him prematurely, not cancer. I researched for an alternative therapy, all roads pointed to medical cannabis. So, our journey began August 2016 with his cannabis treatment.
He went into remission, for years! It was Farley, my little #cancerfightingninja, that opened my mind and eyes that cannabis has amazing healing properties. As a result, I began using for my other dogs that suffer from Valley Fever pain, and stress related anxiety. Each and every one of them having positive outcomes.
It was at this point, I knew I wanted to help other pet parents; sharing and educating about plant-based medicine and how it does indeed work. Join me in my mission, to help pets achieve optimal care, quality of life, reduce toxicity from chemicals.
