Couple of really cool basses came through for setups last week! The EHB 1000 looks killer with the white Neons! Such a cool little bass. The Japanese Aerodyne PJ sounds so good.. the Japanese Fender build quality just smokes the US stuff in my opinion.. not even close. Sounds killer with flatwounds! This is a badass PT-FR! asked me to swap from 2 volumes to one vol/one tone. Had to swap the 25k pots for 500k, added an Orange Drop .022 cap, rewired the sustainiac connections and 3-way switch, removed all the crappy import 2 conductor wiring and replaced with individual grounds and new leads. Also added an killswitch! The combination of the Sustainiac and the killswitch is so fun!! If you follow Frank, you may see this guitar onstage soon! Hit me for an appt and be kind to your gear!

New preamps for ! I installed the HR 4.6AP/918 into the EHB, and the HR 5.4AP/918 with a passive tone control into the P10DX. These basses are now slap beasts!! Both feature a selectable midrange and that awesome Bart slap tone. If you want to upgrade your electronics or a need a setup, hit me for an appt! Be kind to your gear!

Ok.. the holy grail came in for some love. OG 62 Jazz bass.
Imma let the pictures do the talking. The beautiful tort guard, the dark chocolate Rosewood fretboard, the neck feels like no other j-bass I've played.... 😮🤯🫠

New pickups day! dropped off this killer older MIM Jbass that really needed some TLC. Neck pickup was dead so we went for NJ5FS (humcanceling) and now it sounds HUGE! The bass needed a neck shim to correct the neck angle, filled and sealed a headstock crack at the B string, E,A, and D nut slots had migrated over time and needed some adjusting, the body got a 3-stage buff/polish along with a fretboard cleaning and fret polish.
Voila.... 🙂

My buddy and his band are heading to Germany to play in the .official festival to represent the US in a worldwide metal battle next week. Hes taking this sweet Combustion with him. He had me install new individual bridge saddles and tuners, added a Tone Capsule, Canadian Dingwall k***s and down to .160! Kick some ass at the festival guys!! Been lagging on posting lately... brought these basses by recently- im a dealer, Dave wanted the Nordenbacker pickup installed into his and man.. what a difference! Killer pickup !! from brought his well-loved acoustic over for some TLC. Neck had major forward bow, saddle had an extreme forward lean and needed to be replaced, the entire guitar just needed a spa day. I cleaned/conditioned the fretboard, sanded and fitted the new saddle, replaced some tuner bushings, and reset the endpin jack. You might see this guitar this Sunday afternoon with Brian at or with on 6/21 at ! Hit me for an appt, be kind to your gear!!
