It has been over one month, and Toby is still waiting to be picked by his forever family 🥺

I was in town today, and got to meet sweet Toby. When I got the email asking for help with Toby, I saw a kindness in him, a really gentle, sweet disposition. And my assumption was spot on!

Toby is so affectionate, upon meeting me for the 1st time he came to me wanting scratches and love.
He really does love playing fetch with the ball. He is pretty small at about 45 pounds max.

He would be good in so many different home settings. Families, kids, older adults… He absolutely loves other dogs and would make an amazing brother!
He just loves his humans and only needs love, and his ball!

I received a plea for help for this guy a couple weeks ago. He was hanging around an apartment complex in TJ, the staff said they were going to call the pound on him, which is a quick death sentence in TJ 😭.

Since I don’t Iive in San Diego anymore, I reached out to Kyle to see if he could help foster him, he couldn’t say no either.
And so I am happy to introduce…

💚TOBY💚

Toby is 3-year-old lab/Rhodesian Ridgeback/staffie mexi-mutt of love! He’s about 45 pounds.

With a huge heart and tons of love to give, he is a happy, playful boy who knows how to sit, shake, and give paw — he knows tricks for a treat or a tennis ball 🎾

Fetch is his favorite game, he is potty trained and loves going on walks and outdoor adventures.

He’d happiest with a family that has a backyard and enjoys staying active — hikes, beach days, or just tossing the ball around. He loves playing with other dogs as well!

Toby is ready to find his forever family — one that will give him the love and companionship he deserves. He promises to be your best friend, loyal sidekick, and biggest source of tail wags!

Toby is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and healthy!

🆘 Hey everyone, please excuse my absence is some of you know I have moved across country.

if you’ve been following me for awhile, you remember our sweet Poppy from 2023. I brought up from Ensenada as a puppy, and I had her for about a year, trying to find her forever home as she was a wild, intelligent malinois that needed a ton of training, patience and love.

I got a very distressing message late last night, our sweet Poppy got into a sponge and it is lodged in her esophagus. She is currently fighting for her life at the vet hospital and her dad is facing an extraordinary bill and cannot start treatment until he receives some funding.

I realize this is a big ask, but if you could just donate $10 it would be so much appreciated! It really does take a village to rescue these dogs, and I will never not help one even years later…

❤️ Please meet 3 year old Clementine…

Clementine was rescued off the streets of TJ right after giving birth to a litter of puppies, sadly they didn’t survive.

Clementine is in need of a foster home, or adopter, in San Diego. She has a very sweet, calm demeanor.
As you can see from the video with the other rescued foster puppies, she is gentle and patient.
Clementine would be great for someone who wants an easy, affectionate dog.

She is great with other dogs, cats and kids. She is vaccinated, spayed and healthy!

❤️‍🩹 Now that all 11 puppies are safely adopted or in trials, I would like to show some much needed support to their sweet mama, Fernanda…

🦴 Fernanda has been undergoing weekly chemo sessions in TJ, she needs 12, she has a very common, curable disease called TVT, that a lot of Mexico street dogs have.

While I do collect adoption fees, please know I use ALL extra funds for medical and vet bills. Your girl is working over here 🥵, and I do not use any of the funds for myself!

Those 11 puppies cost me about $3700 to get sterilized, vaccinated and chipped, with a $350 adoption fee, there isn’t much left for Mama’s chemo…

💰 Any amount is so helpful, and much appreciated! I have Venmo and PayPal, if you’d like to donate directly to her foster, I included her PayPal email above ⬆️ in the photo as well!
Her foster also works 7 days a week at a pharmacy in TJ, and any extra funds will go to vaccines, food and supplies…

Who would have thought, Ranger would be the last puppy left??

🩵 Ranger was born about mid January, he is going to be a big boy!

He is such a funny puppy, a silly goofy cuddly boy! He loves other dogs, he loves exploring, he is a snuggler and will curl up on you. He currently sleeps in bed and will sleep in with his humans!

He is potty trained, neutered and vaccinated!

As of today Ranger and Harper are the only 2 puppies available from the litter of 11!

🩷 Harper is shy and would do great as a little sister, she loves being around my dog and other dogs! She is very sweet cuddly, she just seems sad that most of our siblings are gone.

💙 Ranger is a little bit bigger, he is more outgoing, and he is also very cuddly, he would do good in just about any house dynamic.

Both would be good with cats and other dogs. They are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed and neutered.

they are about 90% potty train now, they have a doggie door and go potty outside as I never really used p*e pads with them.

🥺 Gigi wants to know why she hasn’t been adopted yet…

Sweet little Gigi has been here since March. She watched her 2 brothers leave for their new homes, but nobody has picked her yet. Even her mom will go to her new home on Tuesday.

Gigi is almost 6 months, her mom is a Chihuahua pug mix, we do not know what dad is but something with a pointy snout. I’m thinking some kind of terrier, but regardless, Gigi will remain small. She has hardly gotten any bigger since I’ve had her and she is now only about 12 pounds.
Gigi sleeps in a crate at night, she is very affectionate and wants nothing more than to cuddle with her human and be loved.

🤎 Fosters needed! 🤎

🆘 I have 8 of the 11 puppies that need a foster. These puppies need more one on one attention than I can give them. I also still have Gigi and Lo**ta, all at my house. I work 4 days a week, I just need some more support 🙏

🦴 I have all supplies for you, food, crates, gates etc. You just supply a safe space, and love!
