Meet Dr. Jeffrey “Dr. J” Judkins 🩺🐾
After earning his veterinary degree from Louisiana State University in 1984, Dr. J practiced in Austin, TX and Fairbanks, AK before founding Hawthorne Veterinary Clinic in Portland, Oregon — the city’s first holistic veterinary hospital back in 1995.
Driven by a passion for holistic and complementary medicine, Dr. J eventually moved to Southern Oregon’s beautiful Rogue Valley in search of more sunshine, a slower pace, and space for his dogs to run free. Today, he continues to bring his unique blend of traditional and holistic care to pets and their families. 🌿💚
