Good morning
Today I would like to share Sweetharvest’s farm-to-table soup from Greenlife Forever Micro Farm .
‘’ Farm-style vegetables with free-range eggs”
is a simple and comforting traditional Myanmar-style home dish. Fresh garden vegetables cooked with farm eggs make a healthy and delicious meal.
Ingredients
• 2 free-range eggs
• Water spinach / sorrel leaves / squash leaves, longbottle gourd shoot, Thail basil or lemon basil
• 3 cloves garlic
• Small onion
• Fresh green chili
• Fish sauce
• Salt
• Cooking oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until slightly tender.
3. Season with salt and a little fish sauce.
4. Crack in the eggs and gently stir together.
5. Add green chili and turn off the heat.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
