L333 only a few left. They are still juveniles so price reflectors the size!
The L333 pleco, also known as the Yellow King Tiger Pleco, is a carnivorous fish native to the Amazon rainforest's Rio Xingu. They are known for their yellow background and irregular dark brown bands. Here's a quick overview of this fish:
Appearance: Yellow background with dark brown bands, large bulbous eyes, and large rayed fins.
Size: Grows to about 4–6 inches (10–15 cm).
Temperament: Generally peaceful, but may become more territorial with age.
Diet: Carnivorous, prefers frozen bloodworms, carnivore pellets, and gel diets. Does not eat wood or vegetables.
Water: Prefers soft, acidic water with a pH of 6–7.5 and a temperature of 79–86°F (26–31°C).
Habitat: Needs excellent water quality and lots of cover like driftwood or caves.
Breeding: Breeds well in captivity. The male keeps 50–80 eggs in his hole and the fry leave after about 14 days.
Lifespan: 10 years or more.
Difficulty: Best suited for intermediate aquarists.
Compatibility: Good tankmate for top-dwelling fish, but more demanding if kept with bottom-dwelling fish.
Conservation: The Brazilian government has banned the export of this species to protect the remaining population.
