Hello everyone,
You should have received an email from the CEO in the last day or two like I have that says things are finally working appropriately and the phone lines should clear up from all the calls soon. I feel with just the little interactions I have had on my page with everyone it may take a little longer than they think. But they report you can place your autoships again and once all the calls calm down you will be able to get through on the phone lines again. I know this was a challenge for everyone, myself as an independent distributor and customer included. I'm sorry we all had to endure this and I feel they should have communicated more with all of us.
