Well . Looking at a food trailer. Much more space and air conditioning! Also has a flat top grill and a fryer! It’s going to be a long process getting permits and building it etc . Just keeping our loyal fans updated.

My Dream Come True
Having been born and raised in Washington D.C., I grew up eating these amazing hot dogs called Dirty Water Dogs. Now, to be clear, the water is not really dirty - it’s seasoned. My girlfriend and I have eaten at this very cart in D.C. in front of the Capitol Building. I was a Union Heavy Equipment Operator and had these hot dogs on a regular basis. I moved to Texas 25 years ago and haven’t been able to find any decent hot dog carts here. So, I decided to have a hot dog cart custom built on the East Coast and shipped to me. I’m looking forward to spreading my hot dog cheer to my fellow Texans.
