Eat Drink SLC’s vision is to promote the marriage of food and drink in a way unduplicated by other Utah events. The food and beverage industry in Utah is large and encompasses many individuals including customers, business owners, managers, servers, culinary professionals, purveyors, and agricultural workers. EDSLC is hosted under a nonprofit partnership umbrella consisting of Tracy Aviary and SB

Dance. These two organizations represent, respectively, a place and an arts-maker that contribute to the unique character of our community. We are thrilled to announce that this year, proceeds support our local food partners to encourage their future success and thank them for the sacrifices they made over this past year.

SB Dance – The award-winning nonprofit dance-circus, known for their Curbside Theater shows that travel across the Wasatch Front.

Yardwork Presents – Curating exploratory, expansive, and thought-provoking music from a variety of artists and perspectives.

Emma Goldgar – A surrealist painter who invites the community into her process, turning each brushstroke into a shared moment.

Nestled in the heart of Central 9th, Scion is more than a bar — it’s a full-on cider experience. With over 200 curated bottles and a rotating tap list highlighting craft producers from around the world (and right here at home), this cozy, modern spot is where cider finally gets its moment.

Scion celebrates cider in all its nuanced, funky, food-friendly glory — from bone dry and barrel-aged to wild-fermented and fruit-forward.
