The Power of Two
Rabbits are famously social creatures. In the wild, they live in large groups called warrens, and that need for companionship carries over to our domestic friends!
A bonded pair of bunnies provides each other with constant grooming, warmth, and emotional support. Watching two bunnies snuggle up in a "cuddle puddle" is one of the most rewarding parts of our pet-sitting adventures. Adventure Fact:
Bunnies communicate through "mirroring." If you see two rabbits sitting in the exact same position, it’s a sign of deep trust.
Do your bunnies have a best friend? Tag their "partner in crime" below!

Don't let the soft fur fool you—underneath all that fluff is a high-performance athlete! Domestic rabbits can hit speeds of up to 35 mph (that’s a serious zoomie!).
In the wild, this explosive speed is a life-saver, but in our "Adventures in Pet Sitting," it’s how they celebrate a fresh pile of hay or a new cardboard box to investigate.
We love making sure our clients have plenty of "runway" to open up the engine and go. Safety first, but speed is a close second!
Adventure Observation: A rabbit’s powerful hind legs are built for explosive leaps—they can jump up to 3 feet high!
On a scale of 1-10, how fast is your bunny? Casual cruiser or Formula 1 racer?

Warning: If you see a rabbit suddenly "collapse" onto their side, don’t panic! You’ve just witnessed the "Floop-Flop."
This is the highest compliment a rabbit can give their environment. It means they feel 100% safe and secure enough to expose their belly and take a deep nap.
It’s the rabbit equivalent of a "Do Not Disturb" sign, and we love seeing our clients this relaxed during our visits.
Adventure Observation:
A flop is usually preceded by a few seconds of aggressive digging or circling. It’s all part of the "nesting" process!
Tag a friend who needs a nap as much as this bunny!

: The Satellite Dishes : 📡🐰
A rabbit's ears aren't just for hearing—they are a mood ring! :thermometer:
Forward: "I'm curious and listening to you!"
Flattened Back: "I need some space, please."
One up, One down: "I'm relaxed but keeping an eye (ear) on things."
Understanding "Ear-glish" is a core skill for any pet sitter. It helps us respect our clients' boundaries and know exactly when they’re ready for some head scratches.
Adventure Observation:
Rabbits can move each ear independently to pinpoint the exact direction of a sound.
What are your bunny's ears saying right now?

Field Report: The Gravity Defier
If you’ve ever seen a rabbit twist, kick, and leap into the air for no apparent reason, you’ve witnessed a "Binky!"
A binky is the ultimate expression of rabbit joy. It’s a literal leap of happiness that happens when a bunny feels safe, healthy, and totally content in their environment.
Seeing a client pull off a gold-medal binky is the highlight of any pet-sitting adventure. It means we’re doing our job right!
Adventure Observation:
Binkies often happen during "zoomies" or right after a fresh bowl of greens is served.
Has your bunny ever binkied into a piece of furniture? Tell us your funniest binky stories!

The Perimeter Check
Visual: Rabbit standing on hind legs (periscoping).
Caption: Field Report: The Furry Lookout
Ever see your bunny stand tall on their hind legs? In the rabbit world, we call this "periscoping!"
This behavior allows them to get a 360-degree view of their surroundings. Even in the safety of your living room, those wild instincts tell them to check the perimeter for any "intruders" (like the vacuum cleaner or a curious cat).
We love watching our clients take charge of their space. A periscoping bunny is a confident bunny!
Adventure Observation:
Rabbits have nearly 360-degree panoramic vision. The only blind spot they have is right under their chin!
What’s the strangest thing your bunny has "periscoped" at?

The High-Speed Sniffer Did you know a rabbit’s nose can twitch up to 150 times per minute? It’s not just cute—it’s a high-tech sensory tool! 👃🐰
Rabbits use their incredible sense of smell to identify friends, find the best snacks, and detect changes in their environment. During our "Adventures in Pet Sitting," we always let our clients give us a good "nose-over" before we start our shift. Trust is built one twitch at a time!
Adventure Observation: A twitching nose means a rabbit is engaged and curious. If the nose stops, they might be incredibly relaxed... or very focused on something else!
Does your bunny have a "fast" or "slow" twitch today?
