It's getting hot! Straight from winter to summer. 😂😩🤦🏼‍♀️🥳🥵

Now how would it feel in these temps wearing a fur coat and no ability to sweat!?

Protect what you value and be mindful of the fur babies, please.

If the air temp is:
• 80° → pavement ~125°
• 85° → pavement ~130°
• 90° → pavement ~140°+

Yes… even the sidewalk. Not just asphalt.

Before you walk:
👉 Put your hand on the ground for 5 seconds
👉 If you can’t hold it there, it’s too hot for your dog

Also… while we’re here:
• Don’t run your dog next to bikes/scooters/skateboards in this heat
• Don’t take them to outdoor markets/festivals mid-day
• “It’s just a quick walk” is how paw burns happen

They won’t complain. They’ll just deal with it… and then pay for it later.

Early morning or after sunset. Grass when you can.

Let’s do better for them. 🐾
