Lillie came to Riverside with anxiety that often made navigating everyday life difficult for both her and her owners. Her Board & Train wasn’t about changing who she is or expecting her to become fearless. It was about giving her the communication, guidance, and tools she needed to navigate the world with more confidence.
During her time with us Lillie learned the foundations of obedience and how to respond to clear communication in new environments, around people and dogs, and in everyday situations that once felt difficult. While her anxiety hasn’t disappeared, she’s learning to work through those moments rather than letting them hold her back. Confidence doesn’t mean she’s just bulldozing through life. It means she can go through life now without the fear holding her back! 🩷🐾

Throughout Arlo’s 3 week Board & Train a big focus was helping him learn how to better manage his energy, stay focused around distractions, & settle in everyday situations. His training also included basic obedience, e collar training, leash walking around distractions, boundaries, recall, barking and reactivity, nail trimming, and learning how to appropriately interact with his housemate and other dogs. There was a lot packed into these 3 weeks and this video only shows a part of it! So incredibly proud of Arlo and all the progress he made throughout his stay! Looking forward to seeing him and his owners continue to build on everything he has learned! 🐾♥️

Graduation day for Boog!🎓🐾 We are so proud of this energetic young pup and how far he has come in his Private Lessons! His training focused on leash manners, doorway manners, outdoor boundaries, and learning how to navigate new dogs, sights, and sounds. A huge part of his success has been his owners putting in the work and staying consistent with him throughout the program! It truly takes teamwork and they have done a great job!💙

Meet Nova! 🐾 This handsome young German Shepherd is joining us for a 3 week Board & Train! Nova is a smart and energetic boy. Our goals are to help him learn how to walk nicely on leash, have calm and appropriate greetings with people and other dogs, understand boundaries with people and most importantly learn how to turn that busy German Shepherd brain off and just relax! He had a great first day and we’re excited to watch this boy learn, grow and gain some manners over the next 3 weeks! 🧡
