Our dogs come from champion lines in Europe and are a fine example of this exquisite breed. We do early training an enrichment similar to Puppy Culture and all of our puppies are tested using the Volhard Personality Test. We breed for health, conformation, and temperament. Our dogs and puppies are known for their fine dispositions. We introduce our puppies to many things that would be present in a

busy household; vacuum, lawnmower, lots and lots of voices and people, appliance noises, stairs, doors, music, baths, Vets, cars, and many different surfaces. Check out our videos. This is a repost. I wanted to draw your ears to the crinkling under the puppy’s feet. We put plastic under the bed blanket so they are not afraid of the feel and the sound. Also the dryer and washer are going all day everyday. They sleep right through it!

Puppies are growing so big! We’re noticing little eyes open and their ears are opening. You can hear the clanking of the dryer in the background. As the puppies mature, they get used to the different sounds of the household and are not frightened by any of the sounds that surround ordinary life. This is part of their upbringing. Southern Utah Golden’s Story

We are a hobby breeder in the heart of beautiful Southern Utah, We breed European/English Cream Golden Retrievers. Our dogs come from champion lines in Europe. We imported Jack and Annie from the Erdoskerti Kennel in Hungary. The stud we use is an import from Denmark and is a 5 X National and International Champion. All of our dogs are CHIC certified with the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals. We also have done genetic testing in several areas of health issues for Goldens to make sure our dogs and puppies have the best chance at a long and healthy life.

We do early training and raise our puppies using the principles taught in Puppy Culture. All of our puppies are tested at 7 weeks using the Volhard Temperament Test. We breed for health, conformation, and temperament. Our dogs and puppies are known for their fine dispositions. We introduce our puppies to many things that would be present in a busy household; vacuum, lawnmower, lots and lots of voices and people, appliance noises, stairs, doors, music, baths, Veterinarians and techs, cars, and many different surfaces.
