A helpful chart when deciding how often you should rebook! Remember the shorter we go, the longer your dog can go without matting. Certain coats require more upkeep in between! 🪮✂️

You all may get sick of my appreciation 😅🥹 but I can’t thank you guys enough for working with us through this transition. I know things are rocky with scheduling/time management/new software, the aspects of having employees is all brand new to me. I’m trying my best to train them to be exactly what I’d expect from my own self and they’ve all done a great job. It’s been a lot of time and effort put into making this a bigger, better experience for you all and I can’t wait to grow with you guys. I feel all the love and support every single day, you’re all the reason this business was possible and I love each of you and your dogs! 💜🐾

We made it through the first week of being open! I appreciate you guys being patient as we work through issues running a full-service salon. Our receptionist will be here when we open back up Tues morning and intake forms are still being sorted, appointments are being made for this coming up week as well as the following week over the next few days! It has been a learning curve scheduling other groomers instead of just myself, everyone’s learning a new software and we’re also having to go through lots of requests on top of still grooming each day. Give us all time to get our ducks in a row and it should be smooth sailing shortly. Thank you all for the support and love, it’s all very appreciated. 💜🐾🐶

Good evening guys!! We’ve been working hard going through all of the inquiries. I just want to say thank you all for the support! Tomorrow is our first actual day of working with other groomers also here, if you will be patient with us as we work on the timing of more dogs being checked in/out. I’m very excited and so, so happy to be able to offer grooming services to more of Ascension Parish! 🐶💜

I’ve had a lot of questions regarding whether I, myself, plan to keep grooming since the expansion. As of now, yes! All current clients’ next appts are set with me (unless it’s only a bath), I am cutting back on the amount of dogs I do per day however to alleviate the stress on my joints cus my wrists are still bothering me. I’m on steroid medication, in occupational therapy and hoping it improves but I have no set timeline right now for how long I plan to continue grooming but you guys will know if I step away!

I don’t want any of you to not feel comfortable with our staff tho, they will be experienced in grooming and I’ll be training them as well! I didn’t expand just for me but also for you guys to have more options, in the event I’m booked out too far, on vacation, etc… don’t be afraid to still schedule with another groomer! I’m planning to have a grand opening event soon so everyone can meet the new hires! 🐶🛁❤️ Lacey

Hey everyone! The other groomers will be reaching out in order to get booked shortly. Please be mindful that our pricing is based off the type of services we offer versus other salon settings. We schedule your dog for one-on-one appts meaning their appt slot is only theirs removing stress and limiting kennel time to as short as possible. We inform you right before they are done so you can head right back. 😀🙌🏻 Also allow them time to reach everyone and be patient, you will not be forgotten!

Hey guys! We’ve had a ton of inquiries since announcing the expansion which is wonderful! I wanted to come on here and personally thank all of you for the support we’ve received. It’s been overwhelming and the salon has been SUPER busy which is why I want to let you guys know that, this Monday, 07/10, I am bringing on more staff including 2 experienced groomers and a bather/receptionist (which I’d like to apologize if you have not gotten a response), I havent had anyone besides me to get back to everyone but if you’ve reached out, you ARE on our wait list which will be the very first people contacted next week once the books open up! I have not publicly had to advertise for dogs once due to word of mouth giving me more than enough business and that’s just incredible, I can’t wait to see where my little business goes from here. 🩷🎉
