🐾 Feral Cat Friday Update! 🐾

We successfully trapped and spayed 2 more feral cats this week — a small but meaningful step in controlling the stray cat population in our area! 🐱✨

However, we're running into a new challenge: we're out of space to place traps.
To keep things legal and safe, we can only trap on public property within Sadieville, KY or private property with permission.

Meet Bruce, the newest addition to the Slippery Slopes Farm team in Sadieville, KY! This adorable Great Pyrenees mix puppy is already making a name for himself as a top-notch livestock guardian.

Bruce is learning the ropes and keeping a watchful eye on the farm's animals. We can't wait to see him grow into his important role!

This week, we're celebrating Dolly, the ultimate farm guardian and sweetheart!

Dolly takes her job very seriously, protecting her animals and family with loyalty and love. She's always on high alert, but also knows when to take a break and enjoy the good life!

This well-behaved girl loves nothing more than belly rubs, lovings, and playing with her favorite sticks!

But what really melts our hearts is her special bond with mini mule, Nala. These two are inseparable best friends!

Dolly's love for her family and people is contagious, and we feel so lucky to have her as a patient.

We will be helping Flora Shropshire Animal Shelter host a spay and neuter clinic! There are limited spots available, and there will be more spay and neuter clinics to come!

We only have availability left for cat neuters and TWO dog neuters! Please stop by to reserve your spot before they fill up. Payment due at registration!

We will be at the Sadieville Farmer's Market tomorrow, 9/14/24 from 9 am to 1 pm! We will be offering nail trims for $10. Please make sure all dogs are on a leash and well behaved.
