Available for Sale - "Daisy" - 2015 BLM Mustang mare, black, 14.2h from Triple B HMA - $800

She has been pretty easy from the beginning and is very willing to try new things. She tends to be lead mare in the pecking order and plays well with others.

She's doing very well on her groundwork and obstacles. Saddle work has started and new pics & video will be added soon.

Mystique - 1st time in arena, working on groundwork and getting her to relax and not bolt. This video is a litlle long and probably boring but it is to show how she starts out fairly nervous and wanting to bolt but comes around, softens and starts to get a little bend in her body, slow down and relax.

Available for Adoption through TIP - "Mystique" - 2012 Devil's Garden, 15h blue roan mare.

Available with approved BLM application for $125 through the Trainer Incentive Program (TIP)

Mystique has been challenging to gentle but she has started to trust and come around. She halters, leads, can be touched over most of her body, loads in a trailer, picks up front feet (working on rear feet), can be caught in a small arena and has started ground work.

She is available through the TIP as is and will continue to be worked with daily. She is a very sensitive type and will require an experienced, patient horse person, preferably with mustang experience.

UPDATE - ADOPTED!!

AVAILABLE for RE-ASSIGNMENT ($25 fee to BLM) - "Rocky" 2016 Grey, BLM Mustang, Gelding from Devil's Garden WHT, 14.2h

Due to unforeseen circumstances Rocky's current adopters are not able to keep him. He was gentled through the TIP and also stands tied, good for grooming and bathes. He is a little shy but sweet-natured and willing. He is back with me for fostering until he has a new adopter. Easy box stalls, horses are turned out all day so low maintenance work. Each stall takes 15 mins or less to clean and refill shavings.

Currently 10 stalls to clean. Needed 7 days/week but does not need to be the same person. Prefer morning work but hours can be flexible.

Easter baby #2 is from Devil's Garden mare Fairr. She foaled this beautiful sorrel c**t! As we were trying to manage the issues with Sabine's foaling, Fairr decided to go ahead and have the perfect textbook foaling. Baby was out, up and nursing in less than a hour and no issues with placenta.....thank goodness! So happy he's finally here. Mom had a lot of edema waiting for that baby and now it's finally going down. She is very protective and I'm feeling like we are back to day one of gentling but we'll give her the time she needs to come around and trust everyone all over again.

One of two Easter babies have arrived! Devil's Garden mare, Sabine, foaled this lovely filly. Birthing went fine but mom retained the placenta. After a night of Oxytocin injections it was still stuck. Vet was able to get it out and intact....wheeww! Sabine is doing well and will be on antibiotics for a bit and checking for heat in her feet praying for no foundering to happen. Baby was having difficulty figuring out how to nurse (she finally did figure it out after about 8 hours) so we milked mom and vet tubed her to make sure she got her colostrum. She did end up with diarrhea so she's also being treated and doing well & her IGG was good. It has been an exhausting couple of days but happy to welcome this little one! 🥰

UPDATE - as of 02/13/19
Halters, leads, picks up all feet, grooms, stands tied, loads in trailer, doing well with groundwork and obstacles. Easy going, more whoa than go. Able to turnout in pasture with other horses and easy to catch. Gets along great with other horses, typically in the middle or top of pecking order. Will be blood tested soon to find out if she is in foal.

She is available for a $25 re-assignment fee paid to the USFS and $750 training fee. Halters, leads, picks up all feet, grooms, ties, loads in trailer,doing well with groundwork and obstacles. Easy going, not very spooky but if she doesn't like something there is occasional drama....lol but gets over it quickly. Able to turnout in pasture with other horses and easy to catch. Gets along great with other horses, typically in the middle or bottom of pecking order. Confirmed in foal via blood test.

Working on putting weight on her (approx 80 lbs under weight) and getting her gentled. She may also be in-foal (she is showing) but will wait for veterinary confirmation then update her info here. She is doing well with her training and you can see a video of her here starting lead after just arriving 2 weeks earlier.
