Hi all. This is River from DogTrax. DogTrax and International Dog Parkour would love to have you join us for International Dog Parkour Play Day! But, please call me at 916.747.6414. The sign ups on the parkour website are not working.
This fun and free event is Sunday, June 15, 9-10am. We start at the Train station in old Folsom. Sign ups are required.

REASONS TO COME TO PUPPY QUEST AT DOGTRAX:
Traditional daycare is to overstimulating and confusing for most dogs, especially puppies.
The dog park isn't safe for puppies for all kinds of reasons.
Dog walks are insufficient and expensive.
Staying in a crate all day is boring.
Being loose in the house is sheer madness.

The focus of our program is to bring balance into a pup's day and present the world as a playground. We love to teach these wee ones how to navigate the wild world and blossom into their own unique fabulousness.
A small group (2 puppies at a time) gives our little campers time to think, learn and grow.

Growing up healthy and confident is our end game.
A typical day looks like this:
1. Arrive and start on their special spot.
2. Learn to be released to start a new adventure.
3. Leash up and Load up into the van.
4. Crackers in the crate-Snack time.
5. Free play.
6. Skill building and games.
7. Clean up, wash up and pack up

First Obedience trial and Pippa did amazing. We ran into Cindy (with Goldens who does agility with Kathy K in Sacramento, CA) who gave me the green light that I needed to step forward into the sport of Obedience. Who knew? Always hated the thought of doing this. But dang you got to with the strengths of the dog not your own agenda. So off we go into this world of heeling and placement and precision. Nail biting for my drama queen, color outside of the lines, kinda of me.
