Carrot Top's "Bob" won Best of Breed show C at the Rabbit Renegades show in Greenville Ohio 2/21/26 this is my first homegrown Holland that won best of breed! I'm so proud of this little cutie! ❤️ He is out of K.M.S "HC1" and K.M.S "Janey" (was better known around here as "Tootsie Roll"). Tootsie passed away when Bob and his 2 siblings were 7 weeks old. His grandpa, K.M.S "Elephant" who was K.M.S's finest Lop, also passed not too long ago, so hopefully Bob will be just like his grandpa in his senior years!!

New litter in the barn, born 2/1/26. Momma is Fruitcake, who is blue tort in color. It's hard to see, but there are two blue tort babies and one black tort. Both parents have to carry a special color diluting gene to produce the blue-based color varieties. It was fun to find out that black-tort dad Pokey does, in fact, carry that gene!!

These babies chose a very cold week to come, and we weren't sure how first-time mom Fruitcake would do. So far she's done everything right!! See all that fur around the babies? The mother pulls her own fur out to protect and warm her babies. Plus the barn has a heater to take the worst edge off the cold!

An unexpected goodbye 😔

Tootsie (KMS Janey) was a fantastic, reliable mom, and she had special genetics that Emma was counting on to help her get a solid start in Holland Lops. She has kept one doe out of her, and the older babies are hers. Thankfully they are old enough that they should be ok on their own now.
