OWNER FOUND!!!
The dog is still here. It will not let me get near it to check for a microchip or get it into a dog crate. It looks like it has recently had a haircut, so I feel it has to belong to somebody. It was probably dumped here since people know I do rescue. I am not in a position to house dogs and I only help with dogs when I have a foster. This little dog is very scared and does try to bite when you approach it. I do feel like this is from fear. It is starting to get very hot and it is panting. Please share this post to try to get it out there should somebody be looking for it. My number if 479/858/1078.
