The recent winter weather reminded us, we haven’t made our obligatory winter weather post.
It has always been our policy to allow clients to reschedule if the road conditions are unsafe or they just don’t feel comfortable driving when the weather is nasty. No grooming is worth risking life and limb! We only ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you want to reschedule, even if it’s last minute. Our no show/late cancellation policy does not apply for hazardous road conditions.
