Update 6/15: rescued by Cane Rosso Rescue
💔Her sister got adopted, so now she really has nobody, but us… We need to rally for her!! Please share.
Her beautiful eyes and markings are impossible to forget.
Every time someone walks by, she looks up, staring through the bars as if she’s waiting for someone to tell her this was all a mistake. She’s trapped inside a loud, frightening shelter surrounded by unfamiliar smells, loud barking dogs, and strangers constantly walking by.
Just days ago, this beautiful 6-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer mix was surrendered with her four sisters. Now she spends her days trembling in the back of her kennel alone, trying to make sense of a world that suddenly became very scary.
She should be chasing toys across a backyard, learning how to be a puppy, and curled up on a couch after a day of adventures.
Instead, she’s confined to a tiny kennel 24 hours a day, lying on a metal cot or wet concrete floor. She has no toys. No walks. No exercise. Nothing.
Shelters are dangerous places for puppies. Stress is too much, illness spreads easily, and if space runs out, even young, healthy dogs can lose their lives.
This sweet girl is dog friendly and has her whole life ahead of her. She deserves the chance to grow up IN a loving home—not behind bars, in a backyard, or never having a chance at all.
It would be best for her long-term success if she is adopted separately from her sisters, so she can develop confidence and independence without the risks with littermate syndrome.
Please don’t let her lose her life in here.

Includes 1 round of DAPPv & Bordetella, mandatory spay, microchip, and rabies. Will still need deworming and 1 more round of puppy shots.
Adoptions are in person or she’ll need a foster and rescue backing as shelter does not have a foster program.
