I just had a very nice catio custom-built in my yard, and the catio company recommended these guys. I needed two cat doors for identical windows in adjacent rooms. The first one fit after very slightly flexing the plexiglass (not their fault - I was cautious about measuring things, and chose to err on the side of "a little too large"). So I ordered the second one with the next measurable increment (1/8") smaller, and it fits perfectly. In short, they're precise when they build these for you. The flap is perfectly installed in the plexiglass, and works like a charm - my cats figured it out in just a day or two. Now to see how it lasts over the long term, and how it fares in wet weather, and then winter.
