I am soooooo happy to say that I am back from an incredible weeklong training workshop. I got to spend a whole week working with amazing military, police, search and rescue, conservation, service and sport dog trainers.

Yes, we trained chickens. Why? Because chickens are fast and our goal was to achieve precision in our movements and speed up our ability to train dogs. It was hard. I may have started the week a little bit afraid of chickens. But we got through it and my head is full to bursting with everything I learned.

Now, to bring this level of precision to the dogs in our community! 💕

UhOh has always been a bit worried about, well, everything. But today she discovered a new place and she stayed engaged and curious instead of shutting down, and that was a major win! We even walked up on the main road where the big trucks drive and even though they sometimes startled her with their brakes or trailers she recovered quickly and kept walking.
