We have been working overtime at the rescue and with 15 rescued puppies at the end of March and this week alone have taken in 7 more our vet account at Sparkman is $0 We need your help in order to continue saving all these babies in an around our area. Thank you for your support! If you see an animal being dumped please video and get pic of license plate and reach out to me, this HAS GOT TO STOP!

❤️‍🩹April is Heartworm Awareness Month Heartworm disease is serious but completely preventable. It can affect dogs of any breed, age, or size. Luckily, Heartworms are treatable as well. Dogs who test positive can recover fully with care and treatment, which includes lots of rest. Fostering or Adopting a Heartworm positive dog gives them a safe and loving place to recover. It’s costs us between $350-$800 to treat each HW positive dog. At least half of the dogs we rescue test positive. Please have your dogs checked for HW and keep them on prevention. It is your responsibility as a dog owner to have your pets spayed/neutered and keep them on flea/tick/HW prevention. Rescues are working around the clock, please do your part, we cant keep up! ❤️‍🩹

Love this!!

🐾We’ll be back on the tarmac next week, 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠—another flight, another chance at life.

Dozens of cats and dogs will take off from California, leaving overcrowded shelters behind and heading toward open kennels and open hearts in Washington.

This isn’t a feel-good moment. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐬.

Pet overpopulation is overwhelming shelters nationwide. And until that changes—until spay and neuter become the norm, until communities rally to adopt, foster, and support—𝐰𝐞’𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐟𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Because pets don’t get to choose their fate.
But we do.

Kathy will be at Roland Road Hardware every Saturday from tomorrow till July 5th
from 9 AM to 3:30 PM selling raffle tickets for this rifle. Please go see her and ask about our available dogs! We have several great options to choose from!

Wow what a week.
15 puppies dumped in the last few days! We could sure use some puppy food and puppy toys and vet donations. And desperately in need of fosters and volunteers!!

Updated pix of the labs BO and HOLLY and the black mouth cur 10 month old male TYMBER. All of them have been spayed/ neutered and are Heartworm Negative and UTD on all preventatives. Great dogs!!! They’re all together and love to play, great with kids, would be amazing family dogs! Please PM for more info.

Bo 🧡 2 yr old neutered lab UTD on shots and preventatives. Family dog delux!! Love kids, toys, other dogs. Love to go hike and explore! He’s available for adoption.

Cattle dogs Rosie and Maude they’re 3 yr old sisters who are HW negative and UTD on shots and preventatives. Sweet girls who know how to walk on a leash, love to be loved on, and have done well in a home environment. They love other dogs and are eager to find families of their own.
