On , we're sharing a few important reminders on the importance of microchips:
➡ 1 in 3 family pets will get lost
➡ Microchipped dogs are more than twice as likely to be returned to their owners and microchipped cats are more than 20 times as likely to be returned to their owners

And remember, while microchips greatly increase the chances that pets will be reunited with their families if they are lost or stolen, a microchip only works if its registration information is up-to-date and accurate. Visit avma.org/CheckTheChip to learn more.

Please read if you are considering adopting or fostering. A lot of these dogs have been through so much and it takes time for them to adjust.

Another update: Blondie is about 3 yrs old and about 54Lbs. Shes HW negative and up to date on vaccines and preventatives. Her foster says she’s great with other dogs and cats!! She’s a sweetheart and she’s available for adoption.

Update: We want to thank Samantha and Charles Mcguirk for opening their home and fostering this sweet girl! If you are interested in fostering please send us a PM- the more fosters we have the more lives we can save🐾

This dog is currently on Gans in a very dangerous spot. All of our fosters are full to the max. If anyone would be able to foster her for a short amount of time we would pay for all of her food and vetting and expenses. Please consider opening your home to save her life.
