About Us

“from The Dog’s Paw” started as a blog to share the humorous life of a Plott Hound/Black Labrador Retriever living with two humans! My name is Noah and I was rescued by my friends at PetConnect Rescue, Potomac, Maryland.

“from The Dog’s Paw” is written by me, a pawsome dog who knows all about life as a dog, and is edited by his human.

We expanded to focus on “dog adoption” and “cat adoption” sharing the benefits of dogs and cats in the lives of humans and a weekly post “Friday’s Friend!” which shares paws about cats and dogs needing “Forever Homes” through local rescues. Our posts, “Saturday’s Success” features successful adoption stories from humans who adopted dogs or cats through a local rescue.

Barks! As I share about dog and cat adoption, I intend on having plenty of laughs and fun along the way. I enjoy barking for local rescues who help dogs and cats to find “Forever Homes.” While I do not charge a fee for this, I require a completed contract and sharing our promotional materials.
