The calm settle will expand your world with your dog. If you’ve created reactivity by accident or your dog came to you this way, it’s ok you are here now.

First work on reducing reactivity on regular walks before asking your dog to be stationary like this in a calm settle

You know the peaceful feeling you feel in nature? Your dog feels it too ✨ sometimes the answer isn’t MORE WALKS MORE TRAINING REPS, and it’s found in changing the location of your walks from busy neighborhood to peaceful nature space.

Walking 10 times a day in the neighborhood could be stressing your dog out more than it’s helping.

This is why we take an integrative whole dog approach to changing behavior and examine you environment, lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental toxins pouring into your dogs life as all contributing factors to their behavior

Biology = behavior

We are so excited to share that Bry has officially moved back to New Jersey and rejoined our team after a year and a half of missing her presence while she lived in Utah!!!

In fall of 2023 Bry was a client who CRUSHED her training program with her own dog. Conquering foundational skills from walking, leave it, recall, etc, and major accomplishment of FOMO reactivity.

I (Stephanie) in 2023 was starting to have spinal realignment treatment and couldn’t do part of my job anymore with Dean and was beginning to shift my role.

When we were hiring in Winter of 2024, Bry wanted to work with us and we instantly hired her!! We had just spent 6 months with her as a client who was AMAZING and she was an immediate impact to our team

It was such a perfect fit due to her deep understanding of more complex behavior, process driven to make an impact work ethic, true care of attention to all details of each dogs needs, attune to small changes, grounding energy, joyful spirit and so much more for those of you who already know Bry, you know!

It’s been a year and a half since Bry moved to Utah and we are so excited that she is officially calling NJ her home and back on our team for the long term 🥲🥳!

Welcome back, Bry and Nova!!!

Please read this line again—-Your proper consistency and patience for yourself and family and following training plan to a T

There is a tiny bit of utilizing the leash to limit him continuing to move away when I say leave it, but if you notice there is no yanking of the leash. That leash is there to limit the options and so he doesn’t run away

We see a lot of people yanking the leash continually teaching walking, forcing into sit and positions, and it is exhausting for both you and your dog and not the best way to teach them to walk at your side in a loose leash like this
