The Mustang Trail Challenge didn't go as well as I had hoped, but I'm still proud of what we were able to accomplish today. Dune is an amazing horse and has come so far the last few months. I love this guy so much!

Took Dune for a walk around the fairgrounds to get use to the place. He behaved really well. We met several people and went to several vendor stalls. He couldn’t keep his eyes off of the Longhorn in the petting zoo😂. Sorry I didn’t get more pictures or videos.

We are leaving home!

I came home early from school to do some last minute things with Dune. We worked a lot on some things he struggles with. Dune is such an amazing boy! He is gonna do so well tomorrow at the trail challenge. We hope to see you all there tomorrow and on Saturday. The Trail Challenge is tomorrow at 11am in the East infield and the Meet the Mustangs is at 5pm in the goat arena. 1130am Saturday is the adoption! He’s got a great future ahead of him and I hope he goes to a great home!

Did some late night work with this guy. Making sure that we check all the boxes before State Fair. Walked through the pool, pool noodles, tarps, the bridge, streamers, threw a frisbee, did some stuff with a rope, worked with the trailer, the saddle pad and saddle, side passing, pivots, backing, tricks and more!
