I wanted to let everyone know that, unfortunately, due to some recent events, I’ve had to make a few updates to my hauling contract to better protect my business.

Going forward, Out With The Old LLC will now require a 50% deposit upfront for hauls over 1,500 miles, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

I’ve had a few clients fail to follow through on payment after delivery, and while I know this doesn’t reflect the majority of my customers, I want to ensure everything runs smoothly and fairly for everyone in the future.

I’ll be updating the contract accordingly and yes there is legal action being taken. I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued trust — and I’m sorry that a few bad experiences have made this change necessary.

Hauling is on hold until the truck & trailer get much needed repairs & regular maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience we will try to get back on the road ASAP.
