Broanie!! Open VRH All-Around Champion! This one just hits a little different. It has been a few years since I've won an AQHA trophy and I couldn't have asked for a better dance partner. Thanks for the ride, Broanie!

I love getting updates on the horses that have been through my program. Some of you may remember Luxxe, she came in a few days before Christmas and stayed with me until late April. Her first ride was Dec 30, over the weekend she got to go with her owners to a rodeo and take in all the new surroundings. Pictured is her sire (middle) ridden by Amanda DeDona, and Luxxe is on the left ridden by her daughter Briannah Seeger. They have loved this home grown filly since day 1 and said she handled the rodeo environment with ease, even with trains passing by 75 ft away. Thank you for letting me be a part of Luxxe's journey!

Updated!
Had a great time at the OQHA Easter Classic! Emersyn Ince had her breed show debut and improved with every trip in the show pen. Keely Kaelea Steeber competed in the all-around performance rookie youth and some ranch classes. Broanie showed in 6 classes and won the VRH Open High Point. Chanel Won the APHA Open Ranch Horse division. Ginny also had her debut in the show pen, placing 2nd behind Broanie in the ranch trail. Special thanks to Penny for getting horses prepped and warmed up, to Darlene and Jubal for keeping us fed and helping all weekend, and to the amazing people back at the barn who kept things going while we were away, y'all are truly a blessing. See ya at the next one!

We had horses and riders in 6 divisions: Keely and Willow in Youth W/T, Penny and Just Call Me Brownie in Youth, Kiersten Noelle Williamson and Catch My Review in Green Horse W/T and Green Rider W/T, Bri and JTA Blessed My Whiz in Green Horse, Bri and Genuinely Smart Bet in Green Horse, and finally Bri and SpecialNiteTwist in Open. Congratulations, Janie Jackson on your purchase of JTA Dunit Ina Flash! We are so excited to have you join our barn family and continue with Zeus' training. I often forget to congratulate my own horses, but a client reminded me to celebrate every win with enthusiasm, advice I often give to others. Just Call Me Brownie was High Point Ranch Horse at an open show recently. He placed 2nd in Ranch Riding (behind Chanel), 1st in Ranch Pleasure, and 1st in Ranch Trail. I may have impulsively bought him as a 2 yr old off videos but I saw something in him that I knew would make him a champion some day. Thanks for the ride, Broanie.
