We are snowed in at the farm today so no Christmas in Mexico. If you placed an order, it is ready (call me 315-298-5032). We will be in Pulaski tomorrow (weather permitting) @ Ringgold from 10 to 4 (Light Up Pulaski). We will be bringing aged (60+ days) goat milk cheese: Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Hot Pepper Jack, aged 60+ days, $14 per pound.

Every year we raise 2 pigs on non-GMO grain and whey from cheese making. They have access to pasture 24-7. We sell 1 each year in late October. This year there is a half available, about 100+ lbs hanging weight. $3 per pound (hanging weight) plus cost of processing. We use Kelley Meats in Camden, a USDA processor. If you are interested or know someone who is, LMK ASAP. They go on Monday October 26.

Tonight will be the last Farmers Market in Richland. We will be there with The Three Musketeers, all three for sale. They are wethered bucklings and will make wonderful pets. I just made my last cheese fore the year I appreciate all the folks who like our cheeses but there will be no more until 2025, late spring.

By now you have probably heard that we are not doing the Pulaski Market on Friday. If you would like to come to the farm for our products you are always welcome. We are also doing the Richland Market on Wednesdays 4-8 all summer. In addition we will be set up @ Selkirk for Christmas in July (July 13, 10-3) and Fairways and Dreams (July 21, 11-3).
